• Designation: Graduate Apprentice Trainee - Technical 
• Education Qualification: BE/ B.Tech Graduates irrespective of specialization with 60% or 6 CGPA above
• Year of pass out: 2022/ 2023
• Stipend: 21,000 per month (Inclusive of Taxes)
• Duration: 12 months 
• Location: Pune
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity/Knowledge about technology development/QA/technical support/system maintenance.
• Indian citizen only.

Not Eligible, if

• Working as an Apprentice
• Worked as an Apprentice earlier
• No Provisional Certificate (PC) of B.E/B.Tech
• Done any internship post his/her graduation

Required skills or coursework in Any of the following:

• Java, MySQL/RDBMS Database
• Manual/Automation QA (Selenium)
• Basic Linux/Unix commands
• L1/Desktop support

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Analysis & Design: Analyze technical requirements, follow the software development lifecycle, produce design documents, and participate in design reviews.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues.
• Coding & Testing: Write code, develop automated unit and functional tests, and create build/deployment scripts. Produce test plans, create test cases, execute them, and log defects.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other developers to design solutions, debug problems, and share insights.
• Documentation & Reporting: Compile reports, make presentations to colleagues, and document findings including new defects. Develop code, scripts, and other artifacts as needed.
• System Analysis & Improvement: Analyze existing systems, propose new ideas for improvement, and interact with client services and professional services for troubleshooting.
• Support & Communication: Provide L1 technical support for office and remote users, review and assign tickets related to laptop, OS, software, network issues, and coordinate with vendors. Resolve MS Office 365 and other Microsoft products-related issues.
• Training & Compliance: Keep an accurate record of time and learning, pass competency tests, adhere to business standards, and comply with legal regulations and organizational rules.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Be proactive in identifying and solving software issues, communicate status updates based on severity and impact, and be flexible with work hours including on-call support 24X7 on a rotational basis.
• Team Participation: Participate in meetings, workshops, and team-building events, and contribute to the Production Support team by creating knowledge base articles.
