The Role
We, at Razorpay, are currently looking for an Intern - Talent Acquistion with excellent skills to join our team. This position is part of our "Resume with Razorpay" program with a special focus on supporting women returning to work after a break.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping individuals find their perfect career fit. This role is critical in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best employees, contributing to the overall success and growth of Razorpay.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions across the organization.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, networking, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process.
Skills And Experience Required
- Graduate in any stream
- Post-Graduate in HR an added
- 2-3years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the Startups.
- Business and Tech Hiring / Call Centre Hiring experience.
- Proficiency in windows, Excel and Data / MIS / number management
- Negotiation Skills
- Ownership and Accountability
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders & candidates
